Happy New Year!

2019 is in full force! With the New Year comes new year resolutions. Typically one of the goals we all make for ourselves has something to do with fitness or nutrition. Of course we do, there is always room for improvement in these areas and they can so easily get pushed to the back burner when other aspects of our lives tend to take priority! But this year is different! This year you will set your health and wellness goals and they will be much easier to keep at the top of the priority list because we are here to help you!

One of the top reasons people give up on their health and wellness goals is because they don't believe they are making any progress. How defeating is it to count calories, try to eat right and avoid all the sugary goodness that passes by your eyes everyday, and hit the gym regularly only to step on the scale and see the exact same number... or an even HIGHER number?? yikes!
